Pipe Fittings

The "Tiger" Ball Valves have very compact design. Only a quarter turn operation is require to close the valve from fully open condition and vice-versa. The inside ball moves on Teflon seals, at the adaptor face and stem faces contact with the teflon rings. There is no torque in the operation of valve for long time.

The "Tiger" Pipefittings are far more compact and easier to install. Straight fittings are manufactured from forging material having wrench pads. The fitting design incorporates an NPT thread as standard and meets the requirements of ANSI B 31.1 Power Piping Code, ANSI B 31.3 Chemical Plant and Petroleum Refinery Pipll1g, and section VIII of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code.

Available sizes Include 1/8" to 1" threads, which exceed the requirements of ANSI 1.20.1 for (NPT) tapered pipe threads. Protective end caps prevent damage to exposed threads.

Adaptor, bushing, caps, couplings, crosses, elbows, nipples, plugs and tees are designed to fit the most applications.

The" Tiger" compression Tube Fitting is a 3 piece fitting of body, nut and ferrules furnished assembled. Ferrules swage on the outer surface of tubing assuring a leak proof Joint Only one end and quarter turn are required from hand assernbled to make safe connection.
